Santa Clara Family Health Plan

Santa Clara Family Health Plan (SCFHP) is a public, not-for-profit health plan that operates solely in Santa Clara County. SCFHP is an independent public agency; its governing board consists of consumers, medical community representatives, and Santa Clara County elected officials. SCFHP provides comprehensive, affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage through its health insurance programs – Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, and Healthy Workers. Medi-Cal and Healthy Families are public coverage programs. Healthy Workers provides health care coverage to employees of small businesses.

SCFHP has a network of almost 900 primary care physicians, 2,300 specialists, eight hospitals, and 250 pharmacies. Currently, SCFHP has almost 122,000 members.
